Who We Are

Chapters is a professional learning and instructional design studio founded by Melanie Ewing. We design, develop and facilitate practical learning experiences that help people build confidence, capability and real-world skills. Our work brings together learning strategy, instructional design, facilitation and professional education. Whether we are developing a custom training programme for an organisation or creating an online course for independent learners, our focus is always the same: clear structure, practical application and meaningful learning outcomes.

What We Do

Professional instructional design, training solutions and online courses — all designed to make learning clear, practical and purposeful.

  • For Organisations: We partner with businesses, education providers and professional teams to design and deliver structured learning solutions that support capability-building, leadership development, professional skills and workplace performance.

  • For Learners: Through Chapters Academy, we offer online courses designed to help students and professionals develop practical knowledge in a clear, accessible and supportive format.

Why Chapters

Learning should be professional, practical and easy to apply.

At Chapters, we translate complex information into well-structured learning experiences that help people understand, practise and use what they learn. Our approach is warm, organised and outcome-focused, with every programme designed to support real learning and real application.
